Opening hours for general admission are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday and from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday. The parking lot is free and a group of volunteers will help you find an easy way in. At the general entrance, our volunteer ladies will provide you with all the necessary informations for having a pleasant time at the event.

To get these benefits you are asked to register yourself, your passengers and your aircraft under the yellow tent. Airport opening hours are unchanged for the event and no NOTAM is in force for this occasion. The restaurant will extend its usual opening hours to better serve you. A few tie-downs are available for those who forgot, ask a volunteer near the yellow tent. You are welcome to bring your sleeping bag and come camping under the wing or bring your tent, set it up on the camping site and spend all weekend chatting with aviation enthusiasts.

Aircraft Exhibition Aircrafts from everywhere in Canada and some from the United States visit us for this special weekend. Most of them are coming from the Province of Québec, Ontario and Atlantic Provinces.
Come see them and have a very close look at the numerous jewels that are parked on the airfield. You will see a lot of homebuilts made of tube and fabric, all metal, composites, wood and fabric; some classic planes like Piper, Cessna, Mooney and many more ...; ultra-lights, commercial planes and if we are lucky there will also be antiques and military planes.
New aircrafts are seen on site every year. Most often they are new amateur built sport planes that are flying off their nest for the first time. The builders take the occasion the show their masterpiece to friends and colleagues.
What triggers pilots and builders:
- A 6 000 feet hard landing strip and a 2 500 feet grass landing strip with no landing fees for single engine
- A wide aircraft parking lot that can accommodate hundreds of aircrafts
- Friendly volunteers that care for you and your aircraft
- Security on airfield assured by volunteers that are pilots and builders
- Good airport services
- On site restaurant with affordable meals
- Many builders and pilots that want to chat with new people
- A Flea Market and a Commercial Exhibit
What attracts general public:
- Access to the airfield
- Access to information, aircrafts, associations, clubs, schools ...
- Chat with pilots, builders, instructors, ...

Flea Market
You are looking for a special part or a good deal on standard aviation products. Come see the stocks in the Flea Market. If you have parts to sell, it is a good occasion to bring them here. Some volunteers can even sell them for you if you do not want to sell them yourself.
This activity is free for all visitors that have aircraft parts for sale. All you have to do is to bring them with you and we will provide you with floor space in the flea market area (inside/outside). If you prefer not to worry about selling them yourself, a volunteer will try to sell them for you at no cost. So if you think that something good for an aircraft lovers is sleeping in your house for no good reason, bring it to the Fly-In and you might make a peaceful builder to turn out to a Mexican jumping bean!

Commercial Event
Inside and outside the big hangar Bloc B, many dealers and organizations offer their aircraft related products and services. If you are one of those, it is the perfect event to reach a large number of your target customers!
What's a Fly-In without its Commercial Event? All aircraft component traders, exhibitors and advertisers, sport plane or recreation aircraft organizations are invited to reserve their inside or outside exhibit area at a minimal fee for the Commercial Event. Inside areas start from 15' x 10' and we can easily accommodate the exhibit of your airplane (lights and ultra-lights only). They are located inside Ville de Sherbrooke's Bloc B big hangar, keeping you sheltered from the sun, the wind and the rain. The hangar is locked outside normal opening hours so you do not have to worry about your material. Outside areas are of variable dimensions to accommodate most of your requirements, what ever your aviation activity is !!!
Benefits
- It is a unique occasion to demonstrate your products and services to your main customers that are on the same site at the same time.
- Available inside commercial area for those who prefer to be sheltered from Mother Nature's whims.
- The Fly-In only last for a weekend, so you won't lose money by closing your business during normal opening time.
